Basal implants are made of a single piece of Titanium metal uniquely designed to be accommodated in the basal (cortical) bone areas. The basal bone area or provides excellent bone quality for the retention of these unique and highly advanced implants. , basal implants are anchored in the cortical (the hardest) bone.

Why Basal Implant Only:

» Basal bone is the strongest bone in the jaw. It is formed even before the development of the teeth.

» Taking support from the basal bone is an extremely strong way of placing the implant. The implants are placed in the thick cortical bone.

» Since the basal bone is the strongest structure, we can immediately load the denture within three days maximum.
